Refund Policy – eSIM

14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Within this period, you may request a refund only if the eSIM has not been activated or used.

An eSIM is considered used when:

  • it has been activated on a device;
  • the first network connection has occurred;
  • data usage has started.

To start a refund request, please contact us at info@fuertexlimited.com, including your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Technical Issues, Errors, or Defects

Please review your eSIM carefully immediately after purchase. If you experience any of the following issues:

  • defective or non-functioning eSIM;
  • invalid or unreadable QR code;
  • incorrect eSIM plan or destination;

please contact us immediately. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide either a replacement eSIM or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • eSIMs that have been activated or used, even partially;
  • expired data plans;
  • items purchased on sale or under promotional offers;
  • gift cards.

As eSIMs are digital products, they cannot be returned once activated.

If you are unsure whether your purchase is eligible for a refund, please contact us before activating the eSIM.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different plan is to:

  1. request a refund (if the eSIM has not been used);
  2. place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of purchase, without providing any reason, provided that the eSIM has not been activated or used.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • the eSIM must be unused;
  • you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Refunds

Once your request has been received and reviewed, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
