Travel with mobile data

A mobile connection can make day-to-day travel in Tunisia simpler, especially for Tunis, coastal destinations and inland journeys. Use data for maps, accommodation details, ride coordination, translation and messages without relying on Wi-Fi at every stop. This eSIM is designed for travellers with a compatible, unlocked phone who want a digital setup before or during their journey. For an itinerary involving Tunis, Sousse, Hammamet and Djerba, having the connection ready helps you retrieve a booking reference, send your arrival time and find the correct pickup point. Airport transfers and travel between coast and inland towns can make a single trip feel like several separate journeys. Store the most important confirmation numbers and addresses before departure, so a temporary gap in coverage does not stop your next step.

Using data during your trip

This product is for Tunisia. Choose the Unlimited plan duration that covers your full trip, including arrival and departure. The options are shown above the description on this page. Confirm the destination and the selected plan before checkout; buying extra data after heavy video use may be less convenient than choosing enough from the start. The Technical Specs list OOREDOO TN 4G for this product. Partner access does not promise the same speed in every place. Save your accommodation and transfer details offline; indoor spaces, transport and less populated routes can behave differently from a city centre. If you cross a national border, check the Supported Countries list rather than assuming that a nearby destination is covered.

Install while you have a stable internet connection and follow the instructions that come with your order. If a one-tap installation link is offered for your device, open it on that phone; otherwise display the QR code on another screen and scan it from your phone's eSIM settings. You can prepare before departure, then select this eSIM for mobile data at the appropriate time. Keep your primary SIM enabled if you need your usual number and review its roaming settings. A phone must be unlocked and support eSIM to install this plan. The order instructions may offer a one-tap link on the same device, or a QR code that you scan from another screen in your phone's mobile-plan settings. Install over reliable Wi-Fi before you need the connection, retain the confirmation email and select the eSIM for mobile data at the appropriate time. If data does not connect, check the supplied activation settings.

The product specifications list OOREDOO TN 4G as a partner network; the actual connection and speed depend on local conditions and your device. Mobile reception can be less predictable on remote desert routes than in Tunis and populated coastal areas. Keep key addresses, maps and booking references available offline. Check the Hotspot entry in this Unlimited plan's Technical Specs. If supported by your phone and plan, connected devices share the same connection. Check the plan's speed-reduction and fair-use terms, especially for video, uploads and cloud backups. You can top up this Unlimited eSIM by adding extra days of validity, not GB. Plan the allowance around the full itinerary, not simply the first day. Navigation, email and messages generally use less data than streaming, cloud backups and sharing a hotspot with another device. Choose the Unlimited plan duration that covers your full trip, including arrival and departure.

Calls, messaging and plan details

This is a data-only eSIM and does not include a new telephone number, standard calls or SMS. You can keep the number on your main SIM and use internet-based messaging or calls over eSIM data where the relevant apps are available. App access and call features can depend on local service conditions. If you need traditional calls or SMS, make separate arrangements through your primary line. This plan supplies mobile data and does not issue a new telephone number, standard voice calls or SMS. You may keep your usual SIM active for those services, subject to your own operator's charges and settings. Internet-based messaging uses the eSIM data where the service is available locally. Remote desert excursions can have much weaker reception. Keep essential directions and contacts offline as a backup when reception varies.
