Welcome to eSIMGlobe. By accessing our website and purchasing our digital eSIM products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Products and Services
eSIMGlobe sells digital eSIM products for mobile data connectivity in selected countries and regions. All products are delivered digitally by email or through the order confirmation page.
2. Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing, the customer is responsible for checking that:
- The device supports eSIM technology.
- The device is unlocked and not restricted by a mobile carrier.
- The selected eSIM plan is suitable for the destination country or region.
- The customer has a stable internet connection to install and activate the eSIM.
eSIMGlobe is not responsible if the customer purchases an eSIM for an incompatible, locked, or unsupported device.
3. Delivery
After successful payment, the eSIM activation details will be sent digitally. Delivery is usually instant.
4. Activation and Usage
The eSIM must be installed and activated according to the instructions provided. Some plans may start immediately after installation, while others may start when connecting to a supported network in the destination country.
The validity period, data allowance, coverage, and speed depend on the specific plan purchased.
5. Network Coverage and Service Quality
eSIMGlobe works with third-party mobile network providers. Network availability, speed, and quality may vary depending on location, device, local network conditions, coverage, and other factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or availability in every location.
6. Refund Policy
Because eSIM products are digital goods, refunds are generally not available once the eSIM has been delivered, installed, activated, or used.
A refund may be considered only if:
- The eSIM cannot be delivered due to a technical issue caused by eSIMGlobe.
- The eSIM does not work due to a verified issue with the product or provider.
- The customer contacts support before using the eSIM and provides all required troubleshooting information.
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The customer’s device is locked by a carrier.
- The customer purchased the wrong country, region, or plan.
- The customer deleted the eSIM after installation.
- The customer has already used the data plan.
7. No Cancellation After Delivery
Once the eSIM details have been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled, except where required by applicable law.
8. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and availability at any time without prior notice.
9. Prohibited Use
Customers must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited activities. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service in cases of misuse.
10. Limitation of Liability
eSIMGlobe is not liable for indirect losses, travel disruption, loss of business, loss of profits, device issues, roaming charges from other providers, or costs resulting from incorrect installation or customer error.
11. Support
Customers can contact our support team for installation help and troubleshooting. The customer may be required to provide screenshots, device information, location, and error messages to allow proper investigation.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version published on our website will apply.
